During MSPO 2024 Defense Show held in Kielce, Poland OBRUM and Hyundai Rotem Company signed an MoU to develop the MG-20 assault bridge for the Polish Armed Forces. This kicks off a whole new chapter in technological collaboration between OBRUM and HRC.
The goal here is to create a bridge design using the K2 chassis from HRC and key components developed by OBRUM, including a launching mechanism with a hydraulic system and the PM-20 span. What’s really important is that OBRUM’s expertise in engineering vehicle and combat platform design will be put to good use in this project.
Both companies are aiming to create a modern solution that meets global standards, allowing the Polish Armed Fores to effectively carry out operations in combat conditions.
