OBRUM Sp. z o. o. – a PGZ’s center of expertise in designing engineering vehicles and combat platforms for the military and the Poznań-based company H.Cegielski-Poznań S.A. – a company with a professional infrastructure allowing for the execution of production tasks for the Polish Armed Forces, are entering into a partnership as agreed upon the company boards on Thursday, July 25, 2024.
The combination of OBRUM’s experience and knowledge in design – supplier’s of the military-acclaimed accompanying MS-20 bridges, with the production capabilities of H.Cegielski opens up new manufacturing opportunities for the land domain. It is worth emphasizing that the planned collaboration between these two Polish companies – a design center and a production company will be beneficial for both entities, but above all, it is an important element in the implementation of upcoming projects in the field of engineering vehicles. It is also a good example of collaboration within the Polish Armaments Group.
In the face of growing challenges, establishing cooperation between domestic defense companies is essential to provide the military with modern equipment that meets the highest functional and quality requrements.
This cooperaion will strengthen Poland’s position in defense market and it is believed that in the future, the partnership will result with export contracts.
